This major expansion of UW Health’s downtown Madison hospital required highly coordinated work in a constrained urban site. Working alongside the general contractor, J.P. Cullen, Homburg Contractors supported the 2024–2025 schedule with demolition, utility relocation, bank stabilization, and deep excavation approaching 50 feet—executed with precision to meet the demands of a complex medical facility environment.
