This major expansion of UW Health’s downtown Madison hospital required highly coordinated work in a constrained urban site. Spanning 2024 and 2025, the project included demolition, utility relocation, bank stabilization, and deep excavation approaching 50 feet—executed with precision to support a complex medical facility environment.
